Silikomart Margherita

Margherita features four different sizes of daisies. This mat can be used with chocolate, jelly and even creamy preparations. It is useful for decorating hors d’oeuvres, dishes and main courses, for creating original appetisers or for adding a refined touch to plated desserts. You can also cut the silicone mat along the line for even more practical use. Conceived with Farid Azarang.
