The Kit Tarte Ring Fleur Ø 80 mm by Silikomart Professional is composed of two elements: six 80 mm diameter rings in non-deformable composite thermoplastic material suitable for use in the oven to create the base and a silicone mold composed of six cavities 74 h 35 mm each, which allows you to create a mousse or a cream to place on top of the shortcrust pastry. The rings are non-stick, stainless, allow for even cooking and have high thermal stability.
