Each mould tells a real story inspired by the country, culture and personality of the Pastry Chef. In this case, the Mount Chocolate Mould, signed by Philip Khoury, was inspired by the mountains of Lebanon.
Award-winning pastry chef Philip Khoury is Head Pastry Chef at the prominent Harrods in London. Classically trained, he works to innovate through reformulation and reinvention. His philosophy aims to combine flavor, texture and presentation in what he calls “the holy trinity” of dessert enjoyment.
